Refund & Return Policy

At Simplstc Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return process.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Many apparel retailers exclude sale and custom items because they cannot be restocked.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@simplstcapparel.com

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or product, the fastest method is:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Place a new order for the replacement

This ensures quicker processing and availability.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days

Banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos and order details

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it must go through the return process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider
